Account information (name, work email, workspace role), authentication metadata, and operational telemetry such as sign-in timestamps and IP addresses.

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Retention

Operational logs are retained up to 90 days; account records for the lifetime of the workspace and deleted upon request.

4. Security

Protected by workspace security policy, encrypted transport (TLS), and least-privilege controls.

5. Your choices

Request access, correction, or deletion through your workspace administrator.
